A prepaid donation is requested for all party reservations after you have contacted LPH to be added to the guest list.

You must add these items to the comment field of your donation:

• party name/date you plan to attend

• your first names

• SLS profile name (If you are on SLS)

• phone number for your reservation confirmation text

*No refunds will be given for cancelations on party day.
